Rival is actively monitoring all of our resources residing within the AWS US-EAST-1 region. All applications are currently operational.

We are seeing extremely inconsistent and intermittent responses from some of our endpoints within AWS. The end user experience can be affected under these circumstances. Amazon's latest update: We continue to investigate the root cause for the network connectivity issues that are impacting AWS services such as DynamoDB, SQS, and Amazon Connect in the US-EAST-1 Region. We are continuing to monitor and are still seeing some inconsistent responses from our applications. These are intermittent so retrying these actions may be successful as the service recovers within AWS. Our e-Forms Service along with our Surveys are the most affected within our Workflow application at this point in time.
