We are currently investigating an issue affecting document retrieval in the Document Management System. Creating new documents remains operational; however, some documents may not be available for viewing or download. Our team is working to restore full service as quickly as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide an update once more information is available. Following actions are affected - Resource transfers - Resource requests - Merger & Acquisition requests - Any other actions for which a ticket is fetched
