We are currently investigating an issue affecting some customers using Transaction Pro Online, in which imports into QuickBooks Online may fail due to customer or vendor validation errors. Our team has identified that, in certain cases, existing customers or vendors are not being recognized correctly during the import process, resulting in errors even when those records already exist in QuickBooks Online. We are actively working with our development team to determine the root cause and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
