    EN Currently, messages with attachments for DMS declarations (sent via the “Present documents” option) do not seem to be reaching Dutch Customs. We are working closely with Dutch Customs to solve this issue as soon as possible. NL Op dit moment lijken berichten met bijlagen voor DMS-aangiftes (verstuurd via de optie “Opsturen bescheiden”) de Douane niet te bereiken. We werken samen met de Douane om dit probleem zo snel mogelijk op te lossen.

    EN All messages from today have been retriggered, and we are currently checking with Dutch Customs whether they have received them. NL Alle berichten van vandaag zijn opnieuw verzonden en we controleren momenteel bij de Nederlandse douane of zij deze hebben ontvangen.

    EN We are still experiencing issues with the acceptance of the "DMS Present Documents" messages by Dutch Customs. We are currently working on a solution to resolve this issue. If your declaration requires urgent handling, please contact: Douane Aangifte Behandeling Phone: 0800-0143, option 1 NL We ondervinden nog steeds problemen met de acceptatie van de "DMS Opsturen bescheiden" door de Nederlandse douane.
