    We're working hard to restore the service. Your backups are safe, and if you need a restore operation, feel free to contact the support. We're starting our Recovery Plan to make the service run as soon as possible.

    Our backup service is now running as expected. Backups prior to March 16th can be restored from Europe Grid 2 with the help of our Support Team. New backups are up and running on your new environment and can be restored as usual. Thank you for your collaboration.
