We are experiencing intermittent issues with SMS and email due to the ongoing AWS incident (https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status). We are monitoring and pausing campaigns as issues present, and releasing messages as performance improves.

We have received news that Canadian postal workers are on strike. It is our understanding that mail is being held at delivery centers and it is unknown when the strike will be resolved. It is our recommendation that any of our customers who mail to Canada hold those mailings until the strike resolves.
Canada Post has informed us that their union is updating the prior general strike to a rotating strike. As such, they have started accepting, processing, and delivering mail. USPS continues to pick up, accept, and transport mail and packages to Canada.

Customers using the Payflow payment gateway for credit card transactions are unable to take credit card payments. This issue was reported and is being investigated by Payflow/PayPal: https://www.paypal-status.com/product/production ACH payments are not impacted.
This incident has been resolved at Payflow and we can confirm successful card transactions as well. We will continue to monitor payment processing at RevSpring.
We have identified degradation in our Data Express View portals and users may be having trouble logging in or accessing certain pages or features. We are monitoring at this time.

We are currently investigating an issue affecting our End-to-End Portal and Approvals site. While customers can still access the portal, some may experience delays in file postings to the Approvals section and in status updates within the End-to-End system.

We have identified an issue impacting the file management tab in PersonaPay and eVokePay. This only impacts customer support staff and is not patient or consumer facing. Currently, no reports can be ran from the user interface, however RevSpring employees can access all reports. Until resolved, if a customer needs a report exported, RevSpring staff will facilitate. A fix is not yet scheduled. Contact a support team member for assistance or create a ticket at https://revspringinc.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/3.

We are investigating an issue with PersonaPay that is impacting payments. Upon login, search results and navigation are slower than normal and some users have been unable to make a payment. The team is actively investigating and updates will follow.
We are still experiencing production issues with PersonaPay, eVokePay, and Arrived, and are deploying changes to address it. Updates will continue to be posted as the situation changes.
We have reverted to a previous version of the PersonaPay and eVokePay portal to address stability, but are not yet stable in production. Some users are unable to login or receiving errors navigating the portals.
The PersonaPay rollback has been implemented and we are monitoring it closely. With this update in place, you must clear your browser cache and cookies to avoid encountering further portal errors. Users should be able to login, search, and take payments successfully once your browser cache has been cleared.
The rollback was successful, and this incident is resolved. We sincerely apologize for these performance issues.

We are currently investigating a PersonaPay performance issue which requires server restarts. Consumers and CSRs may not be able to access the site. We will update when the site stabilizes.
We are still troubleshooting, and while performance has improved overall, some users are still experiencing slowness, while others are not able to login or navigate pages.

Some customers are experiencing timeouts for FTP file transfers to our PRES/Oaks print platform. We are implementing a change to the FTP site at 5:30pm ET to improve performance. Maintenance is expected to last 30 minutes, and while the FTP site will still be available, it will be operating with less resources. Please monitor all file transfers to RevSpring to confirm successful transfers.

A National Day of Observance has been declared to honor the death of former President, Jimmy Carter. The Postal Service will suspend regular mail deliveries, retail services and administrative office activity on Thursday, January 9, 2025. The Postal Service will continue to accept and process volume dropped by commercial mailers at mail processing facilities. There will be limited package delivery service on January 9 to ensure the organization does not experience any impacts to its package delivery operations that may negatively affect customers or business partners. All Postal Service facilities—including Headquarters in Washington, DC, and area and district administrative offices—are included in the National Day of Observance. RevSpring will process files and deliver mail to the Postal Service. on 1/9, and regular operations at the USPS will resume on Friday, January 10, 2025.
Some patient payments are failing due to an upstream issue at Worldpay. Worldpay is a payment processing company and provides payment and technology services to merchants and financial institutions globally. The issue was reported as early as 8:50am CT, and is improving. Many customers are now able to make successful payments, as of 11:28am CT. We will continue to monitor the issue.
After monitoring, Worldpay payments remain stable. This incident is resolved.
