   We are currently investigating an issue affecting IDP Job Entry and the IDP portal. In addition, the Enterprise Fax portal in DE2 is currently unavailable.    We have completed an impact assessment and identified that a small number of individual product functions may also be affected for some customers. These have been added to the incident scope. However, the primary impact remains limited to IDP and the Fax Portal. Our engineers are continuing to investigate the root cause, and we will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.

The incident was caused by an issue in DE2, which temporarily impacted service availability and selected product functions for some customers.
