   Some users have reported that Live Proctoring is not working for them. Our engineering team is aware of the issue and is actively working to determine the root cause. Thank you for your patience while we work to resolve this issue.

   Some customers are also reporting that a small percentage of items and passages are not loading in Online Testing assessments or in Item Back search results. This item is related to the current issue with Live Proctoring. Our engineering team has identified the issue and is working on a fix for both. Live Proctoring sessions started after Friday 8/23 are not affected. The team will be restoring sessions that were active on or before Friday 8/23, this is a lengthy process that likely will not finish until tomorrow, however we will keep the status page updated with relevant updates on that timeline if any become available.

   Our engineering team continues to work toward full restoration of the Live Proctoring and Item Bank issues. We anticipate both will be fully restored by late morning tomorrow 8/26. Thank you for your patience while we work to resolve these issues.

   All Item Bank items and passages have been restored to full functionality. Live Proctoring sessions started prior to Saturday 8/24 are still being restored, with an anticipated completion of this evening.
