Since early this morning, some requests to Relu Automate have been failing or responding slowly, including sign-in, file uploads and order approvals. Commands sent to Relu Desktop may be delayed or may not complete, and live updates in the web app may arrive late. We have identified the cause. An internal messaging component became unavailable, and requests that depended on it held on to server resources while they waited, until other requests could no longer be served. We are deploying a fix so these requests no longer wait indefinitely, and we are restoring the messaging component.
