   It appears that the "Completed Survey" event is currrently not triggering on the Refiner platform.

   The "Completed Survey" event is currently not triggering on the the Refiner platform. As a result, Team Alerts and Data Integration requests that rely on the "Completed Survey" event are not sent. This issue affects all alert types (Email, Slack, and Teams) as well as integrations with Segment, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Webhooks, and Google Sheets.

   On March 9, 2025, at 14:02 UTC, a technical issue prevented the "Completed Survey" event from triggering correctly on the Refiner platform. The issue was identified a few hours ago and was fully resolved on March 11, 2025, at 00:34 UTC. As a result, Team Alerts and Data Integration requests that rely on the "Completed Survey" event were not sent during this time. This affected all alert types (Email, Slack, and Teams) as well as integrations with Segment, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Webhooks, Google Sheets, and others.
