   We are aware of slower than normal build and deployment times. New builds and deployments may take longer than usual to complete, and some deployments may appear stuck while in progress. Existing running services are not affected. We are actively investigating the root cause and we will provide updates as we learn more.

   We have narrowed the scope of this issue to part of our US-West region. Builds and deployments originating in US-West may be experiencing slower than normal progress due to elevated image pull times in that region. Builds and deployments in other regions are not affected. Existing running services remain unaffected. We are continuing to investigate and will provide further updates as we learn more.
