We identified the root cause as our CDN provider (Fastly) reaching maximum connection limits to our edge network, which resulted in 503 errors for end users. The issue has been resolved and all services are operating normally. We are working with our CDN provider to implement safeguards to prevent this from recurring. We apologize for the disruption.
