On March 25th at 5:28pm ET we released a change to our watermarking service on Trust Centers. This change caused watermarks to be skipped on documents downloaded from Trust Centers. After identifying this issue, we rolled back the change at 7:52pm ET. Watermarks are now correctly being applied to documents. We are actively reviewing which documents were downloaded without a watermark applied. If your organization was affected, we will contact you directly within 24 hours with a list of impacted downloads. The service is fully operational and no action is required on your part.
