    Between 07 May 2026 21:00 and 08 May 2026 11:00, we experienced an issue affecting Mastercard token creation during enrollment and payments using tokens created during the affected period, due to a connectivity issue with the external provider. Impact: * Mastercard token creation during enrollment was affected * Payments using impacted Mastercard tokens were also affected * Existing Mastercard tokens created before the incident were not affected * Visa and other payment methods were not affected The issue has been resolved and services are operating normally.
