    Resolved: Visa Withdrawal Requests On 12 October 2026, between 13:11 and 13:17 UTC, Visa withdrawal requests failed when initiatePaymentRequest was sent to PXP, resulting in transactions not being created. The issue was caused by a configuration change at PXP. The change has since been rolled back, and the issue is resolved.
