  1. investigating Jul 05, 2025, 07:50 AM UTC

Dear Customers, Our credit card vault partner has been experiencing an incident affecting the Vault platform since 9:29 (Europe/Paris time zone). We activated a fallback solution at 09:40 am (Europe/Paris time zone). Card payments are now being processed through without vault mode, allowing transactions to resume. Please note that this is a temporary workaround while the root issue is being investigated. Other payment methods remain fully operational. We continue to work closely with our partner to restore full Vault functionality and will keep you informed of any progress. Partner’s and our teams are actively investigating the root cause and will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us at [email protected]. Best regards
