On 2/20/2025, between 5:26-7:00am MT, partners processing on the Heartland + ProPay platform experienced processing issues related to a certificate update. The change was reverted to restore service. Our teams are working to implement improved testing and validation procedures to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.
