We have been investigating an issue causing degraded performance of the cloudnode connectivity to our data centers. This will sporadically affect the ability to interact with the system via the web and app interfaces. There is no impact to local access control operations. We believe we have found the issue and are planning a short-term fix and a long-term solution. We'll update this incident with more information when it is available.

On Friday afternoon we began rolling out an update to the cloud nodes that we expected would alleviate the cause of the issue we were seeing. This update completed at about 8pm Mountain time and the cloud link service resumed normal operations. We have been monitoring the service this weekend and will continue to watch for issues. Early next week we will update this incident with a detailed postmortem on what the issue was and how we've improved our systems to prevent it in the future. Thank you for your patience as we've worked through this problem. We are committed to providing the best possible service we can, and we believe that pdk.io will be more robust and resilient as a result of our work over the last couple days.
