At approximately 6:00 PM MST on August 1st 2021 an unexpected event occurred on our cloud services infrastructure that temporarily inhibited remote access to cloud nodes. As a result there was an interruption in remote administration and the touch credential access capabilities that was restored at approximately 1:30AM on August 2nd. PDK would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and would like to emphasize that both physical and bluetooth credentials as well as all other local functionality on site were unaffected by this interruption.
