We are investigating an issue with increased packet loss on our hosting provider's network. Less than 10% of users should be sporadically affected. We'll update this incident with more information as it becomes available.

All systems that were experiencing problems because of this issue, should now be fully reconnected.

A Google Cloud network issue cause a set of cloud nodes connected through their east coast POP \(about 5% of systems\) to lose their cloud link connection. When the network issue resolved, the affected systems successfully reconnected. Users attempting to get a new system online during this window would also have been impacted.
