We’re currently investigating a delay in deliverability statistics events from our email provider. As a result, statistics reports for some recently sent campaigns may be delayed. Please note that all campaigns were delivered successfully. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience!
The issue has been solved
We’ve been alerted of an issue with search, , which temporarily affects API. We’re investigating
The search issue affected tagging/untagging. We’ve addressed that issue. Search still remains to be slow/unavailable
Search is back but we’re still not out the woods yet. Will continue to investigate/improve
We managed to fully fix the issue. Search should now be faster than ever and more accurate when using contact or story search.

Uploadcare has resolved the issue but delays are still to be expected while the accumulated queue for uploads is processed FROM : https://status.uploadcare.com/# Update - Currently there is a very big task queue accrued during initial production issue phase. We’ve fixed original issue and are working through this queue. All uploaded files should be accounted for eventually. For end users it still looks like uploads are not working.
As of Dec 16, 03:32 UTC our partner resolved all outstanding issues.

We’ve identified the issue and are deploying a fix. It is triggered by the system file select dialogue, if you drag and drop it should work, please try this workaround while we bring it back to working order. Thank you for your patience and understanding
It has been fixed. Earlier this afternoon we deployed a change which broke uploads. It took a little longer for us to find the issue. Everything is back to normal now
