**[UPDATE]** We determined that yesterday's network instability was caused by a widespread Google (Gmail) outage. **[UPDATE]** On **April 2nd** starting at **~07:00pm UTC**, Postmark experienced an incident that resulted in delayed message delivery and webhook notifications for some customers. The issue was caused by an infrastructure configuration change that disrupted internal mail routing. While messages were safely queued in a "Processing" state, they were not delivered until the routing configuration was restored. Service was restored on **April 3rd at ~4:20am UTC** and the backlog of queued messages began sending immediately. **No data was lost during this event.** We have since implemented additional monitoring on our internal routing and surrounding sending services to ensure our teams are alerted to processing bottlenecks immediately. We sincerely apologize for the delay and will continue to improve.

The Postmark UI availability was restored February 1st at approximately ~8am EST. We experienced an infrastructure issue that caused the UI to be unavailable for an extended period. This did not impact sending. We have identified the issue and remediated it. We are also working on improvements to our alerting to ensure a more timely update to our customers. We do not anticipate further issues.

The upstream cloud provider resolved the outage at approximately 653pm EDT. After additional monitoring, we are resolving this issue.
Starting at approximately 9:46pm EDT on October 17th, the web application was intermittently unavailable or experienced slow response times for some customers. Postmark systems including sending were not affected during this period. The web application returned to normal at approximately 12:21am EDT on October 18th.
