We are currently investigating issues where newly created user sessions (sign-in) are failing to connect to IoT. Loginless onboarding and existing applications which have valid refresh tokens remain connected to IoT as expected.

A recent update to one of our APIs introduced an issue that prevented certain registrations from completing. The update has been rolled back, and the issue is now resolved.
