    We're currently working on an issue that is delaying syncing and transaction imports from Feeds into PocketSmith. As a result, new transactions available from a feed may take longer than usual to show in PocketSmith. Apologies for the inconvenience; we'll provide timing updates as they become available.

    Our upstream networking provider is experiencing some issues at present, resulting in delays for bank feed syncing and bringing transactions in from synced feeds. We're currently working with the upstream provider to resolve the situation, and will update here when we have more information.

    Users are currently experience intermittent issues connecting to PocketSmith. We've investigating on this side, and will post an update when we know more.

    We believe that the issue relates to extensive worldwide maintenance that our upstream network provider has been performing. Things appear to have returned to normal now, but we'll continue monitoring, and investigating the cause for the issues that people have been experiencing.

    We're now confident that this problem has resolved. The root cause for the issue was that upstream network provider maintenance caused a significant decrease of network performance between 12pm and 3pm UTC; during this period the application wasn't unavailable, but connecting to it was significantly slower than it should be. The speed issue then had a knock-on effect of dramatically increasing the number of bank feed related jobs waiting to be processed, which occurred in a flood of these arriving to PocketSmith from around 5pm to 7pm UTC, which led to people not being able to connect to PocketSmith at all. We're currently investigating measures to alleviate knock-on issues like this in the future, but for now everything is back to normal. We appreciate all your patience during this outage!

    Yodlee, one of our upstream feed providers, is currently experiencing an unplanned outage. During this time, affected feeds may be unable to sync and may show an 'Internal error'. You may also have trouble loading the Feeds section in PocketSmith. We will update this incident when we have more information from Yodlee.

    We are currently experiencing an outage affecting feeds in PocketSmith. During this time, you will be unable to manage and sync your existing feeds, or add new ones. The issue is with our hosting provider for this system, we are working diligently with them. PocketSmith remains operational, and all existing data imported remains available.

    We have identified an outage with one of our upstream providers, Yodlee, which is impacting feeds powered by them. During this time, some feeds will be unable to be synced or authorized. The outage doesn't impact feeds supplied via other providers, including Akahu in New Zealand and Basiq for CDR open banking in Australia. Yodlee are investigating and we'll update when we know more.

    We are again today experiencing an outage with our service provider Basiq, who provide PocketSmith's Australian CDR feeds. The outage is the same issue we experienced yesterday. Affected feeds may show an 'Internal error' in PocketSmith. Basiq have been alerted and we expect them to respond shortly. Once the issue has been rectified, feeds will return to syncing normally and any new data will flow in then.
