We've identified the issue as a database node which was causing the poor performance. A fix has been applied, and things are starting to return to normal. More information will be incoming soon, thanks for your patience here.

The web application and mobile apps are now back up and running, though they are running slightly slower than usual. You may also experience a delay in transactions being imported from bank feeds - we expect it'll take around 5 minutes for new transactions to appear after a sync, for the next 30 minutes or so. More updates will be posted here when we have more information, we appreciate all your patience!
