    We are currently investigating an issue affecting API authentication. API consumers may be unable to generate bearer tokens via Auth0, which can result in failed or unauthorized API requests. Our team is actively investigating the root cause and monitoring the situation closely. We will share further updates as soon as more information is available.

    A third-party provider has deployed a fix for the issue affecting API authentication and is currently monitoring the situation. API consumers should now be able to generate bearer tokens again.     We’re currently investigating an issue where card issuance requests are failing with HTTP 403 and 404 responses. Some customers may be unable to issue new cards. We’ll provide an update as soon as possible.

    We experienced approximately 20 minutes of degraded service on the CaaS API due to issues with our permission evaluation layer. During this period, API calls requiring permission validation were incorrectly rejected, resulting in: 1) Entities being temporarily unavailable via the API. 2) Entity update operations failing to apply. Approximately 400 operations were affected in total. The issue has been resolved and all services are operating normally again.
