   We’re currently investigating an issue where card issuance requests are failing with HTTP 403 and 404 responses. Some customers may be unable to issue new cards. We’ll provide an update as soon as possible.

   We have identified the root cause of the issue causing card issuance to fail. Currently, new card issuance is not possible, with requests returning HTTP 403 and 404 responses. Our team is actively working on implementing a fix with the highest priority. We will provide the next update as soon as progress is confirmed.
