Due to an issue from our partner bank we're currently experiencing downgraded performance regarding account statement imports. In details, affected parties will notice: - Pending transactions that remain unprocessed - Balances not updating (especially for prefunded accounts or wire transfers) - Bill payments being impacted, as transactions are still unconfirmed Additionally, impacted accounts have not been reconciled since Monday 17.03. We escalated the issue to our partner bank, pushing to have a complete fix as soon as possible, and are monitoring the performance and requests for affected customers.
