   Since around 13:30 UTC, incoming emails are taking longer than usual to show up in Plain, currently more than an hour. Delayed emails are still arriving, just late. We're investigating and will share another update within 30 minutes.

   We've identified that these delays are caused by an issue with our upstream email provider. Incoming emails are currently taking more than an hour to show up in Plain. They're arriving late, not lost, and the backlog will clear once our provider recovers. We'll share another update within 30 minutes.

   Our upstream email provider is delivering emails to Plain again, and we're now receiving the backlog of emails that were delayed since around 13:30 UTC. Some delayed emails are still arriving late while this backlog clears, but none have been lost. We'll share another update within 30 minutes.

Since 16:30 UTC we've been receiving these emails at a faster rate, so the backlog is clearing more quickly. Some delayed emails are still arriving late, but none have been lost.
