Users are experiencing issues with logging into the platform and accessing their credits. We are currently investigating the issue.

We identified an issue that was impacting access to the dashboard for a subset of accounts. We implemented a fix today at 11:45AM PT that ensures impacted users are able to successfully log in and access the API. Customers experienced errors when viewing or managing subscriptions on the "Plans & billing" page.
Between 5:15 AM and 8:30 AM PST on September 4, our APIs experienced degraded performance due to a system health check misconfiguration, which has since been resolved, and we are updating our monitoring to prevent it from recurring.
The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

Usage data won’t display in the Usage page in API Dashboard for ranges over 180 days and will show “No data yet.” To view usage, use 180-day increments.

We identified an issue where Enterprise plans were not appearing in the API Dashboard home and plans & billing page pages. This is purely a display issue and credits have procured as expected with no impact on API performance.
