    We are experiencing degraded performance on card transactions routed through one of our primary switching partners, resulting in an increased rate of failed transactions. While this disruption may affect card payments generally, transactions initiated with Verve cards are currently experiencing the highest impact. We have escalated the issue to our partner and are actively working with them on a resolution.
