Paydock has identified a major outage for MPGS gateway which is affecting more than 70% of transactions attempted through this channel. If you have alternative processing options available please consider switching to these providers. Paydock is continuing to work with the provider to understand the issue and we will provide further updates as they become available. This is not an issue with Paydock's API or other acquirer networks, but is localised to Mastercard PGS.

Paydock has localised this issue to 3DS requests through the MPGS gateway. While other services may be degraded, we believe this issue is concentrated within 3DS requests. We are continuing to monitor and work with the gateway to expedite a resolution.
