We identified a potential issue in the Paydock subscription processing environment. This resulted in an increase in processing time for subscription charges. The cause of the issue was in the queue which has accumulated too large a batch of subscriptions. We are taking measures to plan the capacity for processing large subscription volumes on time. At the moment, subscriptions are processed according to the planned schedule.
