      We are continuing investigation on degraded dashboard performance and workflows. Earlier, this issue also caused brief, temporary 503 errors on a small subset of live customer environments. Our engineers have successfully resolved the 503 errors, and all live customer websites are currently online and serving traffic normally. Our team has identified the root cause and is actively working to restore dashboard access and workflow stability. We recommend pausing the deploying of new code to environments until the issue is resolved, at least if you experience issues. If you have any questions, please contact Pantheon Support.

      We are currently investigating an issue where Git commit logs and deployment histories are unavailable or failing to load on Dev environments. Please be assured that this is a dashboard display issue only: Git pushes and deployments to Dev environments are still processing successfully via the command line (CLI) and Terminus, and all hosted sites remain fully operational. Our Engineering team is actively working to determine the root cause of this display latency and restore Git commit visibility within the dashboard interface. If you are experiencing any issues beyond these specific Git log displays, please reach out to Support via chat or ticket for immediate investigation. We will provide another update within the next 1–2 hours or as soon as more details become available.
