This includes issues such as creating, updating, or deleting resources, as well as intermittent timeouts when sending or receiving messages hosted in the affected regions. Current Status: Azure notified there might be an increase in timeout errors and connectivity issues impacting Service Bus, which is also affecting dependent Azure API Management workflows.
