Resolved after 3 hours 48 minutes, affecting G Suite, on November 5, 2019.
The service degradation affecting OSU Gmail accounts has been resolved. We believe the issue was caused by a configuration error that has now been corrected. Mail is now flowing correctly but there will be some minor delays until all queued email is delivered successfully.
