Resolved after 20 hours 29 minutes, affecting VPN, on March 19, 2020.
At 6:00am tomorrow morning (March 20), we are going to change the OSU VPN to default to split tunnel. This should alleviate some of the load by keeping OSU traffic secured, but putting other traffic directly on users’ ISP connection. We do not believe this will impact our users, but you may experience a dropped connection. If this occurs, we believe reconnecting would take only a few seconds.
