As of 7:45 AM, Zoom has deployed a fix that's resolved the issue for our Zoom service. We are marking this as resolved and will continue to monitor to ensure no further issues.

Zoom is receiving reports of users being unable to visit the Zoom website (zoom.us) and unable to start and join Zoom Meetings and Webinars. They are currently investigating and we will provide updates as we have them.

Zoom has identified the issue causing users to be unable to authenticate to the Zoom website and unable to start and join Zoom Meetings and Webinars. They are working on a fix for this issue. We will continue to monitor for updates and update this incident.

Zoom is continuing to work on a fix for this issue. Users should be able to schedule/start/join meetings using the Zoom desktop app and/or mobile app, however, the Zoom website is experiencing issues.

We are receiving reports of the issue being resolved and our internal testing indicates it has been fixed. We are awaiting an update from Zoom and expect one momentarily.
