We are aware that some Comcast customers are unable to access Kaltura videos. If you are having trouble connecting to media.oregonstate.edu or seeing 'My Media' in Canvas, try using Firefox or connecting to the OSU VPN (vpn.oregonstate.edu) to mitigate this temporary issue.
