Around 10am, we became aware that Hyland OnBase is experiencing a degradation due to high traffic. This degradation is affecting all OnBase processes, however we are aware that many students are attempting to access the ARP emergency aid application, which is partially or completely unavailable for some users. We are working with the vendor to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Updates will be posted here as they become available.
