We are aware of an issue with Kaltura that is preventing some users from accessing My Media in Canvas. Kaltura is investigating the issue and we will post an update once more information is available. The affected Kaltura services include Mediaspace, KMC, uploads, playback, New Live Sessions, and analytics.
