On Wednesday, February 1, 2023, we became aware of an issue affecting the OnBase document viewer web application that is used by CORE and GRS. Attempting to view documents results in an error page being displayed. Our UIT Decision Support team is responding to this incident and will post updates here as recovery progresses.
