Resolved after 55 minutes, affecting Business Intelligence, on May 29, 2024.
Between 7:34 AM PDT and 8:32 AM PDT on Wednesday, May 29, 2024 we experienced an operational issue with OnBase and the OnBase document viewer in CORE and GRS. The issues have been resolved and the services are operating normally.

The OnBase document viewer in CORE and GRS is having an operational issue and is not serving documents. The issues with OnBase and the CORE/GRS document viewer are resolved. We will continue to monitor the services for a while to make sure everything is working as expected and to ensure that the issues do not recur.
