Intermittent issues accessing Microsoft 365 services
Resolved after 25 minutes, affecting Office 365, on July 23, 2026.
Microsoft has provided the following update: Access to OneDrive is intermittent. In SharePoint users may see the error “Something went wrong”. In Microsoft Teams users may see degraded chat functionality, including images not loading. In Microsoft 365 Admin Center pages are loading slowly or not at all. In Power Automate, Automate flows are not loading. In Copilot Chat users may see intermittent delays or failures in any Copilot Chat action and query. In Microsoft Loop users may be unable to open or load Loop pages.
