Ordoro is experiencing intermittent errors for UPS. The UPS Ground rates are not appearing for some, not all, orders in Ordoro. We're investigating to determine the root cause and will post another update as soon as possible.

We're continuing to see periodic issues where orders do not display UPS Ground rates. Our investigation is ongoing.

We're awaiting a response from UPS regarding these errors. In some cases, it looks if you deselect the Residential Address checkbox, Ground rates will appear. Similar behavior happens on UPS.com directly. Another update to follow once we know more. Thank you very much.

We're still awaiting a response from UPS regarding UPS Ground rates intermittently not showing up in Ordoro. We will provide further updates as they're available.
