It appears Amazon AWS is experiencing another outage. This affects many websites, including Ordoro. See the Down Detector link -https://downdetector.com/ Ordoro may be inaccessible until Amazon resolves its issues. Until our monitoring returns to normal, we have paused all tasks in Ordoro. This will ensure we pull good data from carts and sales channels. Additionally, we cannot respond to any support cases at the moment. Ordoro is back online. We're resuming tasks to import orders and send tracking and inventory to the sales channels. These tasks may be delayed but will run. Otherwise, all systems are running normally. Please reach out if you have further questions. Thank you!
