Shopify has posted their webhooks are delayed. See their status page - https://www.shopifystatus.com/incidents. Ordoro utilizes Shopify webhooks to import orders and identify canceled orders. Until Shopify resolves the problem, orders may be delayed or not import at all. Please contact Ordoro Support ([email protected]) if you need assistance with an order. We will post again once Shopify has fixed the issue.
