UPS is having issues related to Ground rates. Ground may not be an option when shipping some packages. This is occurring in third-party apps as well as UPS.com. UPS has a fix scheduled for tonight, so UPS Ground rates will display for all eligible packages afterwards. Please refresh your rates tomorrow to see Ground options.
