Optum is currently working to resolve this as soon as possible and will continue to keep you updated on the progress made to correct this issue. The issue impacting Contract Manager environment has been resolved. Service was restored after unblocking affected system components and stabilizing the environment. A permanent fix is being deployed to address the underlying security vulnerability and prevent recurrence. #INC49575022
