We are currently aware of an issue affecting image loading and uploading across the CMP and DAM. This is caused by an ongoing Cloudflare outage that has impacted our image server. In addition, inconsistent behaviour has been reported with public links. We are monitoring this as part of the same incident. Our Product Development Engineering team is actively working on a temporary solution. We will share further details, including a release timeline, as soon as they are available. We apologise for the disruption this may cause and appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this.

A fix has been implemented and the reported issue, along with all associated symptoms, should now be resolved. Images should load and upload as expected, and public links should function normally. We will continue to monitor the situation following the release of this solution to ensure stability is maintained.
